Wrap Around @ St Peter's - WASP club

Wrap Around care at St Peter's comprises of Early WASP club and After School WASP club. Mrs Kowalski is our WASP manager. The initial set up of this is facilitated with support from Oxfordshire County Council and set up in response to requests from parents. It can be booked in advance, to allow for parents to plan ahead or on the day to provide for last minute need. It can be booked via MCAS.

Early WASP club

This runs from 8am to 8.15am when our classrooms open.  This session costs £4 and includes cereal, fruit and/or milk/juice. This is run by school staff and has a capacity maximum of 15 pupils. It can be booked via MCAS. Please buzz the buzzer at the main gate on arrival. 

After School WASP club

After School WASP runs between 3-6pm Monday to Thursday and from 3-4.30pm on a Friday. 

After School WASP club  is split into two sessions. Collection from WASP is at the gate nearest the Church. There is a doorbell to ring. 

First session: 3-4.30pm. This session includes an organised club run by a staff member, volunteer or external provider. There is a choice of two organised activities. See the menu below for the current options. These change up to three times a year. There are at least three members of staff (including club leaders) at least of of whom is a Safeguarding Lead. 

Collection can be anytime up to 4.30pm. After 4.30pm you may be charged for the second session. 

Second session 4.30pm-6pm This session offers unstructured play and a light tea.  These include: art, craft, outdoor play, sensory play, cooking, optional homework completion, reading and more. There are at least 2 members of staff on site including a Safeguarding Lead. 

Collection can be anytime up to 6pm. Late collection may result in attendance at club being withdrawn.  In an emergency please call 01993 842535 or email office@stpeters.oxon.sch.uk
